Recipient Evaluation

If you have received a grant from the Granger Foundation, you are required to submit an evaluation six months after the initial funding. An evaluation must be received in order to be considered for further funding.  Please submit evaluations and any attachments in quadruplicate to:  Granger Foundation, P.O. Box 22187, Lansing, MI  48909-2187.

The Granger trustees review all evaluations.
